These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Peptide AI mobile application ("App") operated by peptide-ai.app ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Peptide AI is a personal health tracking tool designed to help you organize and monitor your GLP-1 peptide therapy. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Not Medical Advice

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Content and features within the App, including AI-generated insights, are for informational and organizational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, modifying, or stopping any medication or therapy. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.

AI Features

Some features of the App are optional and use third-party AI services to process content you intentionally submit. These providers may include OpenRouter, Groq, and underlying model providers used through those services.

By using an AI-powered feature, you instruct us to process the content necessary to provide that feature, which may include photos, voice input, transcripts, messages, and related health or tracking context. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances and must not be relied upon as medical advice.

Account and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, if applicable. You are responsible for all data you enter into the App. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data stored locally on your device.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or services
  • Use the App to collect or store personal data of other individuals
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or its content

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by peptide-ai.app and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, peptide-ai.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or information
  • Health outcomes related to decisions made using information from the App
  • Interruption or unavailability of the App
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
