Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for Peptide AI subscriptions and purchases.
Website Purchases
Purchases made through the Peptide AI website are processed by Paddle. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for those transactions and may appear on your bank or card statement.
If you are not satisfied with a website purchase, contact us at support@peptide-ai.app within 14 days of the purchase or renewal. Please include the email address used for purchase, the transaction receipt or order ID if available, and a short description of the issue.
Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We generally approve refunds when:
- You were charged because of a billing or technical error
- You were unable to access the paid product after purchase and we cannot resolve it
- You request a refund within 14 days of an initial website purchase or renewal
We may decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse, repeated refund behavior, or substantial use of paid features before the request.
App Store Purchases
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are billed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund process. We cannot issue refunds directly for App Store transactions. To request a refund for an App Store purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Subscription Cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges. You will usually retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period unless a refund is issued and access is revoked.
Processing Time
Approved refunds for website purchases are processed through Paddle and the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the payment method, card network, and bank, and may take several business days after approval.
